[sdiy] Waveshaper update

waveshape wise, this is similar to my current project, where I try to make/fake
a VOSIM as simple as possible:

A hight freq square from NAND osc is switched on and off by
a low freq 2nd NAND osc, which is pulse width controlled.

That way, the high freq is a formant upon the low one, and this sounded
voice-ish in simulation allready. Can't wait for realtime control...
