Hi y'all,

Just got my internet connection back and I'm wading thru 350+ messeges. Ouch !!!!
Aww, who am I kidding. I'm enjoying myself and it's nice to be back...home.

The FAQ claims it is a magnetic pickup... I'd suspect
its a telephone pickup coil from the dark ages...

The diaphram would have to be metallic in that case...

~or~ its a dynamic microphone element.

I've found that electric kazoos are VERY prone to
feedback in live applications....

-------I would put it VERY,ULTRA,MEGA prone to feedback !!!!!!! I use a momentary footswitch to enable playing which can give a cool side benefit. You can get an effect kinda like when DJs toss the talkback switch back and forth. Hold a note (a hum) and start steppin'.

so I have a "Kazoozaphone" which joins a trumpet bell
and a standard kazoo for those all important gigs...
