I haven't seen a schematic of that part yet,  though I have downloaded some 
ARP stuff off the 'net and haven't sorted it all out yet.  So I'm not sure 
what you refer to there about the resistor values...

As far as the FETs go,  I seem to remember ARP using a lot of 2N5459 
(n-channel) and 2N5461 (p-channel).  Hope this helps...
