My guess is it's just a small piezo mic next to the kazoo's resonator. But the
cable also looks like it's coming out of some shrinkwrap on the end. I wonder
how it's made.
Peng - can you shed any light on this?
It could be used to control pitch, of course. But I wonder how suited it is for
use as a modulation source. It looks to be worth experimenting with.

Have you heard of the Kazooka ? Not sure if your looking for an actual electric
kazoo. I enjoy mine and it was cheap, too ( $15 ).
