Too bad this is not a Mailman-driven list, cause with Mailman you could 
flick a switch so that the list server automatically filters messages 
which seem to be list server requests rather than "real" messages.

Plus, it would automatically generate a list archive for HTML view and 
easy (ZIPed) download.
