that's an easy one. suicide. Ghost rider, rocket USA.. they were THE proof
that synths can rock even better than guitars..


while on the 'tips' thing, i just returned from the lowlands festival where
among much crap i saw a very interesting band: the bays. it's a new band
from one of the guys from the Jedi knights and features bass guitar,
electronic drumkit, and 2 big racks of synths, theremins, etc. all played
live, no sequences, and a lot was improvised. parts reminded me of bands
like think tree, other bits of red snapper or a certain ratio. an excellent
example of well done, all live electronics...
