I used to have an Afghan hound... who would howl along with the fire engines.
VERY good pitch tracking...

so I played "Seamus" by Pink Floyd for him
(the one with the hound-dog solo).

He looked at the speaker... looked BEHIND the speaker... rotated his head 90
and looked sideways at the speaker*       ... then sang along.

Then I played the vocoded 'dogs' from the Animals album... that REALLY made him
freak !!!

* Afghans have very long ears... by rotating the head 90, one ear flaps down and
the
ear canal is opened.  It actually makes them hear better, but it sure looks
funny !!!
