We live in a very silly World.  I can buy individual
THAT VCAs here in England from at least two
suppliers.  THAT are based in the USA, but
over there you have to buy a tube full.  Madness!

(I guess they're available as spare parts for most
decent quality compressors is you really only want
one).

At the moment, the SSM2164 (?) makes more
sense - nearly as good, four to the IC and cheaper,
but with AD's recent reputation for discontinuing
parts (the SSM2163 has gone apparently), I wouldn't
design a commercial product with one.
