This would be reasonably easy - they're SIP parts. If you actually wanted an expo VCA, just one of these would be hard to beat. To be sure, VCA modules wouldn't be the only application.......
It's that #$%@!! buy-by-the-tube thing that puts my panties in a knot.......

I would stay away from using this technique with single VCA chips... it
loses it's cost-effectiveness, and takes up more board space, aside from
mismatch issues. If you had to use it, encasing the assembly in epoxy to
keep all packages at same temperature would help.
