AD538 - nice chip, gives also division and is probably more precise, but is about 5 times more expensive than AD633.
MLT04 - I have to say it's good choice also. 3 times more expensive than AD633 but it has four multipliers in package! Thanks for the hint, somehow I missed that chip. Not that I will use from now on, but that inspires to make things like Chebyshev polynominals generators, or analog IIR filters (who would want that anyway), modulation arrays. But still it's a lot of bux.
MC1496 - should be cheap, but it requires some circuitry to work AFAK. I don't know this chip well. Still it's probably the cheapes multiplier anyway.
