Remember the old Carver "Sonic Holography" device? I once got to listen to
part of DSotM through one. The part with the clocks was incredible. You
could actually sense depth and tell which clock was in front of another
one. Somebody mic'ed that the right way.

The sheer quality of the album, considering its age, is nothing short of
amazing. I listened to an early CD (before digital noise reduction, etc.)
with headphones and the noise floor was remarkably low. Great engineering.

Very high up on the list of albums I wish I could say I'd done.
