Peter,
Digikey has the part listed as a std T0-92 EBC

Mouser crosses it to Central Semi's PN3566 which confirms this

unfortunately the Fairchild transistor book I have fails to give pin-outs!!
It has a generic reference at the rear that gives three different
arangements, and gives no idication of which is used where. Obviously a
moron was at the wheel when this was put together.
