[sdiy] JH-5, Moog ladder filter

Wow, JH, that's hardcore!  I can't believe the build quality on the 
JH-5, and I've been looking at your stuff for some time.  I really like 
those connectors on the perfboard.  Who makes them?  I've been looking 
to find some other way to connect front panel stuff to perfboard 
without using those push-in terminals.  Those seem like a good approach 
until you need to do some service on the board, and have to unsolder 
practically everything.  (Yeah, I know I'm supposed to have panel 
control wiring on only one side of the board, but it never seems to 
work out that way).
