If we're talking about an OpAmp summing circuit, which is
standard, and the gain of the circuit is set to 1/3 (as in
an OpAmp gain of 1 with an attenuator of 1/3) then the output
will be (Ia+Ib+Ic)/3, where Ia, Ib and Ic are the input
currents for each input a, b and c.
