[sdiy] preferred shielded cable, connectors

For my patch cables, I use the Neutrik 1/4" plugs. For cable, I use what
ever I can find at the only electronics store left in town, so I can see
what the shielding looks like. I get what is called microphone cable, but
I like the stuff that has the shied wrapped about the center conductor
rather than braided. The braid takes longer to undo, and thus increases
the assembly times. With the wrapped shield, I can make twice as many
cables per hour. And by wrapped, I am not talking about wrapped in
aluminum, but rather individual copper wires...I am sure you have all seen
this....
