[sdiy] Prophet 5 Rev 1

Hello --
well, I thought I was pretty comfortable with the Prophets -- knew my way 
around the Rev 2s & all the various rev 3s.  But this Rev 1 I'm currently 
working on is doing its best to make me reconsider my place in the universe...

Whoever worked on it last installed the "tuning mod" board, and performed a 
couple of other hacks to make it more like a Rev 2, but not EXACTLY like a 
Rev 2 --  my current thinking is to try and restore it to original Rev 1 
condition & work forward from there.

Towards this end, I'm trying to get hold of the original Rev 1 eprom images --
anybody have access to these?  Also, does anyone know the numbers of the 
firmware versions that were available for the Rev 1 (original version, 
cassette option, tuning upgrade, etc)?
