I just heard what could be our theme song, except that it has no synths in
it. It's a rockabilly song, "Make a Circuit with Me" by the Polecats, from
1982. I believe the chorus goes like this:

I'll be a diode, cathode,
electrode, overload,
generator, oscillator.
Make a circuit with me!
