That's probably just as well.  Things can be pretty paranoid these 
days.  I flew from Albuqerque to Denver in January.  Going through 
security, they wouldn't allow my keyring through.  

In addition to the usual house and car keys, I had a tiny LED 
flashlight, two drum keys, and a couple of filing cabinet keys.  I 
was told that the stuff on the rong looked too much like dangroous 
tools, and they weren't going to let me pass with it.  I had to go 
back to the check-in stand, where they found a little cardboard box 
that I put my keys in, and they rode as checked luggage...

That was the only leg of that trip that I had such a problem.

Since then, I sometimes wander around the house, asking if anyone has 
seen my WMD...
