[sdiy] Noisy ARP question

HOWEVER, doesn't the 'Grey Meanie' have potted submodules? This is gonna
make replacing most of the resistors pretty much impossible. Still, there
are some components outside of the submodules, and I do think replacing
those resistors with metal film types is a good idea.
