[sdiy] Panels, Transistor replacement for Oberheim Mini-sequencer

I discovered both of those.  I don't want to pay $2 apiece from AMS (especially
since 5 are needed for the project), and like you I'm unsure about the J202. 
One problem is that I've been unable to locate a datasheet for the 2N4302.
