Even though you asked the experts, I thought I'd still chip in =-D.

I had pretty good luck using the 2SA798 dual matched PNP's in the Buchla
Voltage Controlled Integrator in place of the AD part.  They used to be 29
cents and have since gone to 39 cents apiece, which is still a great price
at Electronics Surplus.
