Welcome back!
The Analog Devices MAT-03 dual PNP pair is probably your closest bet:

If 1V/Oct tracking isn't absolutely critical, or if you just want to get it up-and-running, you can use a pair of Vbe-matched 2N3906s in place of the AD821, and an ordinary 2K 1% resistor in place of the tempco.
I've built that same filter that way and it works great.

Can someone recommend a readily available replacement for the AD821
transistor pair in the EN#37 SVF?
Also - who's holding tempco resistors? I need some 2k's!
