Although interesting... pure stupidity comes to mind. Notice the aluminum
box is the GND and the knob is where the current flows. The instructions
state, "Here's how you use it.... Just grab the unit in one hand, then grab
the knob with your other hand and twist. Oooh... Ahhhhhh... YEOWWWW!!!!"
This passes the current straight through your heart. ANYONE who knows
anything about working with AC mains (or tube amps, etc.) knows (or should
know) to keep one hand in your back pocket while working on it so you don't
put yourself in this position. The following link may be of some

Make sure you read this part:
"The internal frequency of the nerve signals controlling the heart is
approximately 60 hertz."
110 VAC at 60 Hz with as little as 30mA can KILL YOU.
