[sdiy] Capacitors questions

ok, thanks harry, and magnus. I realize my problem was that I was 
looking at circuits that had one end of the cap connectod to some IC 
where I wasn't sure what the DC voltage was, but I've measured it on my 
circuit and checked the data sheet again and I see why it works now.

oh, and sorry harry for sending you this message directly. just used to 
that 'reply' button...
