Sorry for the off topic posting, but I've always felt the quality of 
engineering talent was highest on this list, and I'd hate for any 
qualified engineers to be unemployed in this economy when we have need 
for talent. I have two openings in the Developer Tools group at 
Amazon.com in Seattle. If you love languages, tools, and enhancing 
developer productivity (and having a team mate that builds synths and
