Low and behold, guess what i found out?
The Moog Liberation uses the 4046 in the poly section! :-)
(old news i suppose! )
So that makes three a machines that uses the 4046, PolyMoog
Liberation and the OSCar, the oscar uses them in a looked
loop to count values out of ram so they are actually
used as oscillators, however not as VCOs altought!
