[sdiy] Random Fluctuating Voltage Thingy (was that weird spiral waveform thread thing)

To take things one step further in the right direction - currently off at
the etchers is the prototype for a random router that was requested by one
member of this list some time back - it's called the Neurotic!!

How on topic is that!
