[sdiy] Pot Shaft Adapters?

Howdy!

Anyone know a source of 1/8 inch -to- 1/4 inch Shaft Adapters?

I recently added Dave Hylander's excellent expander card to
a Modcanized Miniwave, and was lucky enough to find a tiny
10-position rotary switch that fit the same hole in the
front panel as the original mini toggle!
(Cool, No hole-drilling to the original module panel required)

The downside is that the new rotary switch has a small shaft,
(.125) and the Davies 1900h knobs are all too large, (.250)

I just *know* that I've seen these somewhere,
anyone have suggestions?
