I just did a clean-up on a couple of Odysseys last month, and I discovered
that "Jiffy Bath" worked pretty good on the sliders as both a cleaner and
lubricant. Time will tell if they stay nice and smooth. I bought it at the
local ITC Electronics store. Also available online - do a google search on
"jiffy bath".
Best Regards,

Subject: [sdiy] ARP synthesizers: slider cleaning and lubrication
My first question...
What is the best way to clean and lubricate ARP sliders? (ARP Odyssey, ARP
2600, ARP Sequencer)
Can all ARP sliders be cleaned in the same way or do some have other
requirements?
What is the best cleaner and lube?
Are there some which should never be used?
