[sdiy] (ot) telex rts dryout circuit?

hey all,
 
i'm looking for a circuit to dryout the 32v of an RTS intercom system.  I was going to try out something like a 100uF 50v cap to ground.  not sure what value cap to use and if i whould be conserned about it's discharge rate.
