put a weight on the ends and then hang it from the other... leave it
overnight... works with film negative :P another thing you could do was
stick the curled parts into a plastic or metal tube that is just big enough
for them to be pushed in, so they are pretty much forced to hold straight,
after a while they might get used to that.
