[sdiy] RIP: The sudden death of ne5517

The end is near, i did it my way, the final count down and so on!

Boring news Philips have ended manufacturing of the NE5517 du
to (what they say on thier web page) due to a "CAEN fire" 
manufacturing of the 5517 are instantly ended , no future
replacement!! Not even "last time buy" are possible so the
fire must have been intense?

But they say for some of the parts are a "planned" third part
manufacturer transistion, they also say that the AU part have
ON semi as a supplier, i have checked the ON pages but "no result"!

The end is near, i did it my waaaaaaay!!
