Hey Boys and Girls,

If you live in or near the NYC area, you might be interested in an upcoming
event at BB Kings - Moogfest2!! Here's the blurb from the Big Briar web
site:

Tuesday, May 18
NYC, @ B.B. King's Bar & Grill in Times Square (237 w. 42nd Street between
7th & 8th Avenues) The list of performers includes Keith Emerson, Rick
Wakeman, Suzanne Ciani, Eumir Deodato, Pamelia Kurstin, Bernie Worrell, DJ
Logic and musical director Jason Miles. Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets for this
special event, produced by Charles Carlini of the Carlini Group, are $45 and
are available at the box office (212-997-4144) or at all Ticketmaster
outlets.

Dang! This sounds amazing! I'd gladly shell out $45 to see that group of
performers. Apparently, there is documentary being filmed about Moog and I
would think (and hope) that they'll be shooting some footage at this event.

For those of us on the left coast, there is a "Moogfest1" happening at
Bimbo's tomorrow (Thursday the 1st). Nowhere near as glamorous as the NYC
event, but there will be a preview of some footage from the Moog

If anyone attends Moogfest 2, we expect a full review (especially of Mr
Emerson and Wakeman's performances).
