[sdiy] Monowave II V1.18 is up

Dear all,

 Version 118 is up..
We have some new features;-

-EG3 is now routeable to Osc1,Osc2, Osc2 Pitch, Filter Resonance, Polesweep
and LFO Rate
-LFO routings are now invertable,
-'Modulation' group added for EG3 and LFO (simplifies some of the menus as
they were getting cluttered)
-Midi dump page now has 'Full bank', 'Current Stored preset' and 'edit
buffer' options.
-Also the new patch dump is available as a .SYX or .MID which includes two
sounds from Till Kopper and another new one from me.
-Trimmed down MIDI file size (less time to load)

as always, comments/bug reports accepted, I wont say welcomed :-)
This will be the last revision for a month or so, unless you find a major
problem, as I'm off on holiday in october for two weeks.
