well I'm not doing dial markings but I'll tell you how I 'could'
do them.
I used Autocad to make the dial markings using a polar array.
Then I configured a (non-existant) HP plotter, to get an output
to a file in HPGL. (I used the simplest plotter the 74?? or some
such thing)
Then I imported the HPGL file into Front Panel Designer. Looked OK
to me.
I suppose anything that outputs HPGL could do as well.
