[sdiy] Stray capacitance y noise

Question:

Can atmospheric conditions effect stray capacitance and noise levels??

It is humid in the San Fernando Valley tonight.   Along with a general
gloominess in my dog's personality and my shirt sticking to my back, I'm
noticing that I'm having reset problems in my sequencer - outputs not
needing them before are requiring me to hang bypass caps on the gate outputs
in order for it to respond in a count reset at those stages.  Four in all
out of 16 which worked perfectly before tonight's natural sauna.

Weird.

I'm powering it from a super-quiet Lamba bench supply - the same supply it's
always been driven from.
