The Eventide H949 Harmonizer has CV pitch-control, but simple isn't the way I
would characterise it as...
But, all of the digital stuff in there would fit into a smaller FPGA without
any trouble. Parts of the analog section could be done much more compressed.
So, a similar functionallity would be DIY-compatible if you allow yourself to
use slightly more modern components than otherwise.
