One detail I forgot to mention is that the "vowel" part uses external
sound source as excitation signal, while "consonant" part uses
a white noise generator to emulate consonants such as "SSS" and
"SH". A switch allows selection of WN signal or the external
sound source (whose high end is enhanced, coz most consonants
are in the high end part of the spectrum).
