[sdiy] Front Panel Express Panel and synth project

The longest PC board is 13 inches...they are all 2.75 inches high.  The 
reasoning behind the dimensions is to minimize fabrication time.  And it 
looks like I will meet my goal of 40 hours.  There are 22 modules on that 
panel, so on average, it looks like I will be able to do each module in 
under 2 hours.
