Hi!

Does anyone knows where to get tunneldiodes?

A friend and I have been looking at a book from the 60thies, and it's full of
obscure designs featuring tunneldiodes. But where does one get them? The radio
guys might know, Uncle Eric might know...

I'm also interested in stuff like step-recovery diodes etc.

Since I don't have my own semiconductor lab or easy access to one, it's not a
matter of strawling down there and cook up a batch.
