[sdiy] Real slow LFO ICs?

Extreme frequency stability... but with terrible waveshape. Lot of noise, and
probably some "DC" offset if you consider latitudes away from the equator.
Its sure to fail above the arctic (and antarctic) circle(s)...

OTOH it could be interesting at very high latitudes where there are like 10
sunrises
per year...
