[sdiy] ot: search for primary switcher PSU lots of W

After some frustrating search:

can somebody please point to the url of a PSU vendor
that sells to normal people. Germany, Europe, USA?

I need a switching supply, 80V 5-10A.
NOT the usuall computer stuff.
But I can not spend 500 EUR or so.
