[sdiy] Yet another module: Dual Phaser

Dual phaser module with two independent 4 pole allpass filters that can 
be connected in series or parallel.  The core allpass filter design is 
based on Jorgen Bergfor's voltage controlled phaser 
(http://hem.bredband.net/bersyn/vcp.htm), but I put them in my own 
configuration.  With sound samples.
