[sdiy] PLL's in synthesizers

[Fahl, Romeo]

Wiard's Wogglebug uses two CD4046s for it's core.  I think the EDP Wasp used
the same IC in some capacity.

Why don't we see much, if any mention of PLL's in synthesizers? It seems
