Hi Mike!
This is Possible but maybe not ideal or necessary,
as when the FAT knob is turned down, the depth of
all the LFO modulation diminishes until a static timbre is
frozen in time.
So you actually Can turn the auto tracking LFOs Off
and insert your own control voltage be it LFO, Keyboard,
and so on in to modulate the animation instead.
It's tough dealing with the quality of mp3s and other
codecs on the web. There's so much in the way of
buzzing high frequency harmonics coming out of the Animator
that MP3's just cannot seem to process that well.
There is a sound sample here on the animator page
http://www.cyndustries.com/modules_sawtooth.cfm
The fourth sample "Animation Modulation" only touches
on what is possible with using your own Control Voltages
for the modulation. Here, the output of an envelope
is driving the sound fatter.
Isn't this is really a whole new type of sound?
So basically the answer really is YES
one can turn this auto tracking LFO effect off
and instead fatten it up any way that you like!
Best Wishes Mike!
