[sdiy] WASP Schematics

Have tried emailing Ken MacBeth a couple of times with no joy so am throwing this to the forum.
I am currently transferring the schematic pics on kens website to proper card drawings and need a few bits of information including:-
  1.. the bottom right-hand corner of the schematic (appears to be missing from Kens site)
  2.. what opamps are being used
If anyone out there is prepared to help in this I would appreciate their contacting me.
Also, if CP Huggins or anyone associated with the WASP could contact I would, again, be appreciative.
