What does the part do....what I can tell you is that this is a National 
Semiconductor Part...

Is this the noise generator?.....

If so, you probably won't find any...and a good thing too, because they 
were not very good parts...
If you really need a noise generator, you can build a really nice one in a 
CPLD for a lot cheaper....

And better...if this is the part I am thinking of, the PRN sequence they 
used was so short you could here it quite plainly.
