[sdiy] non shield cable

In general, I find no problem with unshielded cables except for VCA and VCF
inputs.  These can pick up hum, etc, especially when you put your hand on them.

I'm using 1/8" jacks... most of them with a single unshielded conductor... but
if I need
a shielded one I have those too...
