[sdiy] DIP16 unsoldering tip for Weller WTCPS

I'm thinking of getting myself a DIP16 unsoldering tip for my
Weller WTCPS. The Weller part number is 41.734-99. It's the one on
the right on this photo :

(the one on the left is the same for DIP24).

Does anyone have experience with these ? Are they worth the 50 EUR
they're sold for ?
