Both the XPander schematics and a peek inside my Matrix-12 tell me it's 
a CEM3372... The microWave started with the CEM3389 (marketed as 
pin-for-pin compatible with the CEM3379), later models used the CEM3387 
(like the WAVE, the 4-Pole filter, the Prophet 3000 and the Emulator 
III). The Prophet 2000 had the CEM3379, the Matrix1000 and Matrix-6 
have the CEM3396 (the latter in wide-body packaging), Chroma Polaris 
CEM3372/CEM3374(?).

Prophet 5 rev.1 had SSM based filters IIRC, while the later revs 
switched to CEM (CEM3378? should check on winecountrysequential)

All AFAIK, please correct if you spot any errors.
